Palate: Good balance between sugar and acidity. Fruity with long aftertaste.
35% Chardonnay, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Weisser Riesling
Will complement chicken and pasta dishes.

In The Cellar
The different varieties were picked and fermented separately. It was blended just before bottling to create a fruity, easy drinking natural sweet wine with a lower alcohol of 9%. The wine received a light filtration prior to bottling.
