Kosher Wine Making at Kleine Draken

Kleine Draken customers can be assured that they will enjoy wine and grape juice made under the highest standards of Kashrut.

At the Kleine Draken cellar, everything involved in the winemaking process
is done under strict supervision of the CRC ( Central Rabbincal Congress
www.crckashrus.org) and the Orthodox Union (OU), and nothing is done without the presence of a Mashgiach (certified Kosher supervisor).

The Mashgiach performs the processes from the grape crushing to the sealing of
the bottle, and only uses appropriately certified kosher additives.

All our wines and grape juice are flash pasteurised (Mevushal) using the latest international techniques to ensure the quality of the wine is maintained while allowing the easy handling of our wines at public functions.
