At Kleine Draken, the entire winemaking process is strictly supervised by the CRC (Central Rabbinical Congress) and the Orthodox Union (OU), with a certified mashgiach (kosher supervisor) present at all times.

All equipment is used exclusively for kosher wines, and only certified kosher ingredients are used. From grape crushing to bottle sealing, the mashgiach oversees every step. Wine tanks are sealed to prevent unauthorized additions, and all cellar work, bottling, and labeling is done under OU and CRC supervision.

All Kleine Draken wines are kosher for Passover.
